There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. A private, jetted splash pool looks out to the beach. . The main living and dining area is located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking Professional appliances including a gas cook-top, granite counter tops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat screen TV and a charming Romeo balcony. Two bedrooms are located on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony to sip your morning coffee and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower with two large shower heads and a garden tub.
