When you enter the property from the street entrance, you’ll find yourself on the main level of the home. The main level has a spacious open floor plan, hardwood floors, and chic decor. The home also features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico as soon as you walk through the door. Into the Blue features a stylish kitchen with marble countertops, brand new stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a farmhouse-style sink, and a Keurig. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar complete with a wine cooler that seats three people. The dining area is located right beside the kitchen and features an Amazon Alexa and a formal dining table seating five. The living room is also located on the main floor where you’ll find spectacular views, a sleeper sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV, desk, a half bathroom, and glass doors that lead out to the back deck and the beach.
Upstairs on the top floor, guests will find two bedrooms and the laundry area. The first bedroom is great for families with a queen bed, twin/twin bunk beds, and a flatscreen TV. The hallway has a full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower with marble tile. The master suite overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and includes a king bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower with marble tile, and a private balcony.
Guests can access the bottom level guest quarters from the beach side of the home. The bottom level also boasts amazing gulf views and comes complete with a second kitchen, bunk nook, and third bedroom. The bunk nook features twin/twin custom bunk beds and leads into the final bedroom in the home. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a combination shower/tub.
Outside, guests will love the gulf-front decks. The main level’s deck includes al-fresco dining for five, bar seating for four, and a grill area all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Downstairs, the bottom deck includes additional al-fresco dining in addition to a beach boardwalk.
