The bikes provide a short ride to the beach, or you can rent a golf cart from a local vendor and have it delivered right to your doorstep! The home also sits within walking (or biking) distance to Point Washington State Park, and its meandering nature trails, with beach access about a half of a mile from the front door! In the fenced-in backyard, you will find a beautiful salt-water pool. Alternatively, it's only a short walk from the covered front porch to get your toes in the sand! Hardwood floors, modern furnishings, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a large covered front porch, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze. The downstairs king suite comes with a private, walk-in shower. All three other bedrooms, including another king suite, are located on the second floor. The spacious upstairs king suite comes with a king bed and opens to a screened and covered private balcony. Enjoy the master's walk-in closet, private master bathroom, and walk-in shower. At the opposite end of the home are the two guest bedrooms and the loft. The first houses a king bed, and the second is a children's bedroom holding a two twin over twin bunks. In the loft, you'll find a pullout sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV.
