Lovely hand-selected furnishings throughout and a truly stunning interior will ensure your vacationing comfort. Nestled close to the heart of South Walton overlooking emerald gulf waters will delight everyone in the party. Four upscale and beautifully furnished bedrooms that can collectively sleep up to 13 guests( occupancy rules can change from time to time so do check at time of booking). The views from this pristine and magnificent four-story home and the custom lovely lagoon-shaped pool will ensure a world-class vacation experience. The first floor has a king-sized bed with access to a full hall bathroom. Double glass doors that lead directly to an outdoor living and dining area overlooking the pool. This lushly landscaped oasis is framed by soaring palm trees and tropical plants. The second floor Great Room seamlessly blends the living, dining and kitchen areas of the home. Multiple windows bring the light flooding through the home and the large glass doors lead out to a lovely porch balcony with a table and seating. The Master Suite encompasses the entire third floor with its own private balcony and includes a king-sized bed with a tufted headboard that faces a mirror panel dresser and large TV. A luxurious en-suite bath has double vanity sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower. A spiral staircase leads to the Observation Tower Room that features a wrap-around deck. First Floor: King bedroom with pool access, full hall bath, and laundry room. Second Floor: Living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, two twin bedroom, and full hall bath. Third Floor: King master bedroom and twin sleeper sofa with full bath and Gulf side balcony. Fourth Floor: Queen futon, wet bar, and Gulf facing balcony.
