Down the hall, a second room on the ground floor features two triple bunks that are queen-sized, sleeping 12. A bathroom with walk-in shower lies just outside the bunk room; a full-size washer and dryer on the ground level make getting those beach towels washed a breeze.
Upstairs on the second floor, a cathedral ceiling soars over the living area where quiet coastal colors make a backdrop for the brilliant colors of the Gulf as seen from the expansive windows. The adjacent 6 seat dining table provides the perfect spot to feast on the catch of the day, play a board game with the family or just join in on the living room conversation. The main kitchen is also on this level and is fully equipped. A queen size bedroom offers a quiet place to rest and is adjoined by a bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The second-floor kitchen and living area can be accessed either inside via the staircase or outside directly from the lower levels on the beachside.
The entire third level is the king-size master suite which is open to the living room below and includes a sitting alcove with a loveseat that pulls out to make a full-sized bed, and the en suite bathroom which has a walk-in shower with dramatic skylight. Outside, an expansive fenced and gated deck offers a perfect place to lounge in the sun or catch the last few moments of the sunset. Seating on the deck includes a café table and a dining table for al fresco meals beneath the stars. An outdoor shower and storage to keep the requisite rafts, boogie boards, and sand pails are conveniently located on the back deck as well as a covered area that allows for the enjoyment of the beach without sun exposure.
