Or explore nature at the nearby state park, also within walking distance. LIVING AREA The open plan of the main living area allows a seamless flow for group entertainment. Watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV while relaxing on the sectional, or enjoy a beverage on one of two armchairs. A ceiling fan and hardwood floors complete this airy space. KITCHEN & DINING Create a culinary masterpiece in the bright kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a plethora of gadgets -- including an Instant Pot. The large, center island has bar-style seating. Keep the conversation going at the adjacent dining area, outfitted with a wood table set for six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between four bedrooms. Located on the second floor, the master suite is furnished with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 55” wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate water closet. There is also a walk-in closet, which can be accessed from the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 43” flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom is furnished with another 43” TV and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (for a total of four guests). Both of these rooms are on the second floor, along with a guest bathroom fitted with a tub/shower combination. A fourth guest room is on the first floor and has a queen bed, 43” TV, and a ceiling fan. There is also a half bath on the first floor. OUTDOOR AREAS The front porch is furnished with an outdoor couch – providing a nice spot for morning coffee. A second porch can be accessed from the dining area and overlooks a wooded area. Outdoor community areas include access to an unheated year-round pool and a dock, both about three blocks from home.
