Private balconies. First Floor - Open plan living area with large modern kitchen. Two large dining tables and breakfast bar that seats 5. One King Bedroom with ensuite on this floor. Second Floor - Three bedrooms with king size beds and en-suites. Two of the bedrooms are family bedrooms with a set of bunks. Third Floor - Den with two flat screen TV's, four large loungers and ping-pong table. Three more bedrooms, one with king bed and ensuite and two other are bunk rooms. One bunk room contains two double size bunks, the other bunk room has one double and one twin bunk. Both bunk rooms have their own bathroom. Outdoor entertaining area with large gas grill. Private pool and huge pool deck. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Please Note: There is construction around 30A we cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
