This lovely rental accommodation boasts a private pool that measures 12 x 21 and is just minutes away from world class Grayton Beach. A wide porch spans the length of the home and an upper-level balcony offers another private space.
The main level includes an open bright living area with upscale coastal furnishings, a wall of windows and doors leading to a porch overlooking the pool. Two full couches face each other with sleek twin armchairs at the end, providing seating ensemble for fun and a TV for entertainment. A dining area along with a granite tiled bar offers seating for wining and dining off the open Gourmet Kitchen. The pool porch has another dining area in a screened portion and an outdoor living room with comfortable seating on the adjoining covered railed veranda. A grill down below inspires poolside cookouts while a covered deck at this level has lounge chairs and a unique bed-like hammock that’s suspended by chains for gentle rocking. A ping pong table is also available nearby for fun.
The main level of the house also has two Guest Bedrooms with full en-suite baths and windows looking out to the front porch. One has a queen-sized bed beneath a wall decorated with four vibrant pop art palm prints. The other has a king sized bed and is done with serene seascape décor. Three additional Guest Bedrooms and the Master Suite are upstairs. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath, a king-sized bed and a screened porch with charming wicker chairs overlooking the pool below. This porch is also accessible from a nice second living area with a Wet Bar, a sectional couch beneath a colorful painting of a gulf sunset and a TV. Two Guest Bedrooms, one with sharp looking twins and another with a nice queen sized bed with easy access to the living area as well as a shared full hall bath. A Bunk Bedroom is at the end of a hall on this same level providing a perfect place for the kids.
This seemingly remote location is very close to restaurants friendly beach bars, boutiques, galleries and specialty stores in old Grayton Beach itself as well as minutes away along Scenic 30A. Places like nearby Seaside also feature outdoor musical concerts and seasonal festivals. Many more delightful diversions may be found at Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard, which is just twenty minutes away.
