This 3200 sq ft luxury Miramar vacation villa is one of Destin's finest and can more than comfortably accommodates up to thirteen (13) VIPA guests. Guests will enjoy the four well appointed bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Two community pools and a large wraparound porch will ensure you will enjoy our Florida sunshine. This coastal-chic vacation home enjoys top of the line furnishings throughout with a large flat screen t.v. in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with recently added stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. The Master bedroom suite is beautifully decorated and appointed and contains a spacious walk-in shower and granite dual vanity in the bathroom. Two additional master suites are located on the second floor. These bedrooms enjoy their own private bathrooms, complete with walk-in showers. The bunk room offers a fun sleeping area for the youngsters. Additional amenities include a wet bar, a private garage, 3 additional parking spots, a gas grill, and two community pools.
