A perfectly appointed Master Bedroom enjoys a plush King size bed, TV and private bathroom. The 2nd Suite on this level enjoys offers a Queen over Queen Bunk bed with 2 Flatscreen TVs. The 3rd and final bedroom on this level enjoy a Queen size bed and another bunk with Twin over Full. A bathroom in the hallway is available for guest use.
Level 2:
The homes second level is considered the heart of the home where you'll enjoy the most stunning panoramic gulf views from both the wraparound deck and the screened-in porch. The chef kitchen features granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, 2 dishwashers, gas oven, and an extra large gas range. A custom seating area for 14 and additional bar seating makes for great entertaining venues. The adjacent living area is perfect for hanging out and watching a movie on the 60" HD Tv! A 4th King Master Suite and a full bathroom along with a fully equipped laundry room complete our presentation of this level.
Level 3:
The additional living enjoys comfortable coastal furnishings and one of the sofas pulls out to a comfortable queen sofabed. The homes separate Carriage house is ideal for teenagers, the Grandparents or the nanny who will appreciate separate living quarters. There are two bedrooms in the Carriage house. one with a King size bed and another with a twin over twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms enjoy TV's and share a large separate bathroom. The Pool and pool area is basically a private oasis and offers so much more than a place to swim. An array of luxurious chaise lounges for sunbathing, seating, tables, grilling and dining areas.
