This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath Beaches of South Walton vacation rental home is located in the popular Seagrove Beach area, just off 30-A. This accommodation will accommodate up to seven guests. There is a King and twin bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the guest room, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Enjoy TVs, VCR, DVD, Ipod station,FREE high speed wireless internet, and washer/dryer located in the unit. This home was upgraded with a new screened in front porch in October of 2013. It is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing. Palmetto Cottage is nestled along a quiet neighborhood street and a short walk to the public beach access. This house is MAY upon request and approval accept a pet however a non refundable pet fee would apply
