Within the island, a huge custom sink allows two to wash and two to dry while keeping an eye on the pool activity. The dining area offers an enormous custom table with chairs and bench seating to match. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar.
The living area is cozy, situated at the back of the house with a fire place and five sets of French doors overlooking the scenic views of the outdoor area. Two couches and oversized chairs make the room even more inviting for lounging and relaxing. A flatscreen TV and DVD player offer entertainment. The fun continues outdoors with the screened-in porches furnished with al fresco dining furniture. The pool is one of the most marvelous features of the outdoor space, with LED lights, scuppers, water features, and fireplace.
