As you step inside, your gaze will be immediately captivated by the emerald green Gulf waters, visible through expansive windows and glass doors. The foyer welcomes you with a splendid chandelier, leading to a cozy seating area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator and a WOLF 4-burner gas range stove. Enjoy breakfast with a view at the breakfast table or dine in style at the formal dining room.
The living room is a haven of relaxation with its Gulf views and comfortable seating for seven, accompanied by a 60” Samsung Smart TV. Take the elevator to the second floor, where you'll find a media loft with a sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a Gulf-front balcony with patio seating. This floor hosts five king suites, three of which feature en-suite bathrooms with showers and flat-screen TVs, while the other two share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Occupying the entire third floor, the master suite defines opulence. A king-sized bed, private balcony, and Gulf views create a regal ambiance. The master bath offers a substantial stand-alone shower and a soaking tub with Gulf views through the window.
Guest quarters can be accessed through the main entrance or a separate one off the covered patio. Decorated with antique travel decor, this space evokes a sense of timelessness. The first floor of the guest quarters features a kitchenette, an entertainment area with a leather sofa and flat-screen TV, a bunk room, and a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor of the guest quarters, you'll discover two king suites and a double queen suite. The pool area is the crown jewel, featuring in-pool seating, a spa tub, water features, and Gulf vistas. It can be heated for an added fee and offers direct beach access. A covered patio area with seating and a grill completes this luxurious retreat.
Note: Spa tubs do not have jet capabilities like standalone hot tubs. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
