This is a cottage style home that is located in Old Florida Village, a Seaside type community in Santa Rosa Beach from which you can walk to beautiful white sand beaches (.3 mile or 500 yards) or enjoy great discount shopping and endless summer time activities. There are miles of walking/bike paths and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just down the street. It has 1900 square feet of finished living area and will sleep 11. Pets are welcome (dogs only).
This cozy getaway boasts three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a tower that doubles as a private sleeping area and/or a great entertainment space for the kids with a twin over full bunk. Sleeping accommodations include beds for 11 with 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin over full bunk bed and 1 queen sofa sleepers. The entire house is upgraded in many ways. From little things that you may not notice right away, like cove molding throughout, to the more obvious things, like the 16 inch tiles laid on the diagonal, this house was purposely designed and decorated with two things in mind - comfort and enjoyment. To that end, you’ll find thick pile carpet in the bedrooms, wrap around decks on both levels, and in the kitchen recessed lights, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an oversized sink. In addition, there are new flat screen TVs each with new DVD players. The Living room has blu ray DVD with streaming capability for services like Netflix or HULU.
The private community pool is about 50 yards and the pristine white sand beaches of the gulf coast are only a short walk away (approx 500 yards). There are a multitude of great restaurants in the area and Old Florida Village is just a 15 minute drive to one of the largest discount outlet malls in the region. Outside summer concerts, local art displays, golf, biking and hiking are just a few of the entertainment options. The picturesque and charming communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside are just a short distance away
