The grilling station for surf and turf meals looks directly out on the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious living room is also on the first floor with direct access to the covered porch with seating for 8. Enjoy a relaxing seat at the built-in high-top counter on the back deck while sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunrises. This deck also features wicker and antique furniture. The second floor of this home features a spacious King Suite with a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. This suite has access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is perfect for kids. This bunk room has 2 double-over-double bunk beds and sleeps 8. The third bedroom on this floor has 2 queen beds and views of the gulf. This floor features a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and double vanities. The third floor is home to the Master King Suite with a mounted flat-screen television and a private bathroom with double vanities, a jetted tub, and a stand-up shower. This room also has access to a private balcony with amazing gulf-front views perfect for sunrise and sunset. There is parking to accommodate up to 4 cars. The Shipwatch community is gated and the beach is private. It is located less than a quarter mile from a large grocery store, pharmacy, many different restaurants, and the outlet mall are all within walking distance.
