For sleeping arrangements on the first floor there is a bunk room which features 3 twin beds. There is a King Suite with a shared bath. For additional sleeping space, there is a media room with a queen-over-queen bunk nook. The media room is perfect for a cozy movie night or for teens to hang out. There is also a full bath on this floor.
Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television; pool table; table with seating for two, perfect for a game of cards; and access to the second floor balcony. The balcony features seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV.
Located on the third floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first being a custom-built bunk room with two full-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 guests and has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are King Suites complete with private bathrooms. One of the King Suites has a bathtub and shower along with its own private balcony.
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is also within walking distance to shopping and dining.
