This magnificent Seacrest vacation home offers a style and comfort like no other. On the lower level, is the first guest bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed and the second bedroom on this floor has a plush king size bed. There is a full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower and single sink vanity. The living area is beautifully appointed and furnished with a queen sofa sleeper and a fully equipped laundry room on this level. The garage has been converted into a fun game room enjoying a large flat screen TV, air hockey, ping pong, arcade basketball, ice maker, and a fridge! This chic home boasts an elevator to the second floor main living area, kitchen, dining, and two guest bedrooms. The kitchen blends seamlessly with the spacious living and dining area extending out to a lovely balcony. The dining area and kitchen area is bright and spacious with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms and a shared full size bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The first bedroom on this floor features a queen sized bed and access to the attached bathroom. The smaller bedroom on this floor has a twin over twin bunk bed. The third floor consists of the master bedroom with king size bed and HUGE glass enclosed steam shower in the master bath and a double vanity. The master bedroom closet has been retrofitted with a twin size bunk bed for the kiddos! The third floor veranda is the jewel of this home with its ocean breeze, bar with sink and mini-fridge, grill, TV, and gulf views. Can't do stairs, no problem! Ride the elevator from the ground floor to the third floor to enjoy the sunsets. Seacrest Beach offers a magnificent 12,000 square foot lagoon pool.just minutes walk away from the home. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool.
