The 1st floor of this lovely beach home offers a room with two Queen size beds and another room with two sets of bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for the 2 bedrooms to share. There is a King size bedroom with a private bathroom. The main house enjoys a wonderful spacious open area living room with a sleeper sofa, sitting area, dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with polished granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The second story has a grilling deck ideally located off the kitchen and has a built in gas grill that overlooks the pool area. There is also a washer and dryer. In addition, a half bath for convenience is located on the 2nd floor. On the main house living area, there is a Master Bedroom Suite with a plush King size bed, private sitting area, and the master bathroom. The Master Suite also has a private balcony and full size sleeper sofa. You can also access the guest house from this area. The 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The 4th floor offers a tower with sitting area. The gulf views from the tower deck are the icing on the cake. In addition to the main house, the carriage house offers 2 stories of modern décor. The 1st floor offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and dining table that seats 4 and additional seating at the bar for 4. The 1st floor also offers a full bath. The guest house has a private entrance and offers direct access to the private pool. There is access to the main house that can be locked for privacy. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms offer a King and Queen Size size bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hall. You can access the main house living area from this level. The heart of this Destin vacation home has to be the 15 x 30 foot private and totally private pool with a great sitting area. Located in Seagrove you are just a flip flop walk to our shops and dining.and Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is a short ride on Hwy 98 and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin has great restaurants and shopping!
