This home away from home features a spacious kitchen with exceptional stainless steel appliances, updated granite countertops, two dining room tables, three living rooms, and enough beds to sleep up to 24 guests. The fourth floor has a recreation room with windows that allow for panoramic views of Grayton Beach. A covered patio and heated in-ground pool rounds off the introduction. Cool coastal décor and an understated elegance will ensure your vacationing comfort. The living room offers plush seating—as well as flatscreen television. The kitchen is MORE than fully equipped with two full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezers, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two long tables in the nearby dining area provide lots of guest seating. The homes second and third floor is where you will find most of the guest rooms - The second floor features a king bed guest room with an ensuite bathroom; a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds and an attached bathroom; and a spacious guest room with two plush king beds and a private bathroom. On the third floor are three guestrooms: The first room is furnished with a queen bed and an adjoining bunk room enjoys a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an attached bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The final guestroom on this level offers a beautiful queen bed, a flat-screen television, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the fourth floor is a king bed guestroom which has access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The family game room, has a full sleeper sofa, a flat-screen television, and access to the fourth-floor balcony with stunning coastal views. The private pool and pool deck is a great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine and a large gas grill is great for Al Fresco dining.
