This exceptional seven bedroom home is situated in the upscale Tang O Mar community of Miramar Beach which offers its visitors a laid back beach location with beachfront access and sunshine. The homes interior presents stunning views of the glistening gulf and the ever flowing stretch of white sandy beach all framed by a wall of glass windows that expands throughout the home.
On the west side of the Estate guests will enjoy the three, well appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms with an extra half bathroom.The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite with a king sized bed that has direct access to a beachfront balcony.The two Guest Bedrooms each have access to their own full bathrooms and are tastefully decorated. One has a king sized bed while the other has twins. Each bedroom comes with a TV. The East side of the house is significantly larger than the west side with four nicely appointed bedrooms as well as not one but two separate living areas on the first and second floor. This side of the vacation home can sleep up to twelve guests
The modern chef ready kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a glass topped range and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 22 guests.
. The main open living area has glass doors that lead out onto the covered balcony where you are directly on the beach enjoying exceptional panoramic views. The over-sized balcony extends right out across the entire width of the house presenting an amazing out door entertaining area. The main living and dining areas are open to another modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a long granite counter bar for extra seating. Two comfortable Master bedroom Suites are situated on each level with king sized beds and private bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has glass doors leading out to the beachfront balcony. Another Guest Bedrooms comes with two twin bunks. The additional Guest Bedroom is also very tastefully decorated and has twin beds. All of the main bedrooms have TVs to ensure privacy. There is also a den on this level with an additional flat screen TV.
