A lovely New Orleans inspired court yard with a sparkling swimming pool accented by towering palms is just outside. This indoor cabana type setting allows you to conveniently entertain by creating savory seafood appetizers indoors and enjoying them along with favorite adult beverages poolside. There are plenty of chairs around the pool on the paver tiled patio for leisurely lounging. The first floor also has a nice Guest Bedroom with a king sized bed accessible to a hall bathroom that doubles as a powder room. Since this first floor level also has the seating area and the kitchenette, it can even serve as a separate suite for family members or friends.
The second floor of this Miramar Beach vacation home has a spacious open living area with comfortable couches that face a wall mounted flat screen TV and glass doors that lead out onto one of the breezy balconies. The main kitchen on this level has a wraparound granite topped Breakfast Bar and island with seven seats for dining or drinks. There is a separate formal dining room off the kitchen as well with eight more seats next to a couple of walls of windows with exterior views.
Upstairs you will find the main Master Suite which has its own private luxury bathroom that includes a Garden Tub and a shower. There is also a private balcony where you may enjoy distant views of the gulf as you plan the fun activities of the day. Two other bedrooms on the third floor have access to a full Hall Bathroom. These nicely decorated Guest Quarters have room for up to nine since twin beds, bunks and trundles provide multiple berths.
Even though the location of this neighborhood is tucked away, it is still right in the heart of Miramar Beach and just minutes away from grocery stores, popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, world class shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets which is the nation’s largest designer discount outlet center and fun family diversions at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin.
