Presenting this 4,500 sq. ft. vacation home! It has a large private pool which is 12x33 ft and goes up to 5 ft. deep, a spacious pool deck and an outdoor kitchen. There is also private beach access just a short 3-5 minute walk from the home. This rental features 9 bedrooms, 8 baths and sleeps 28. Offering one of the largest private pools in the neighborhood, the large deck can accommodate a party of 50 people.(with Prior Approval) Enjoy a media room, kitchen, and living/dining area. The open floor plan ensures the kitchen flows into the dining area and the living area. The dining area offers seating for up to 10 including the dining table and breakfast bar. The chef kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.The kitchen overlooks the pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating and provides easy access. The media room boasts a 60” flat screen TV. Also on the first floor is a king suite with its own TV and private full bathroom. The second floor is home to two King suites, each with their own private bathrooms. Also on this floor is Queen Bedroom with a shared full bathroom. The final bedroom on this floor is a custom bunkroom that sleeps 8-10 with 2 queen bunks and 1 twin bunk. This bunk room is adjoining to the game room. Shoot a game of pool while enjoying the company of friends and family. The balcony has outdoor seating and overlooks the pool. Follow the stairs up to the third floor and you will find four additional bedrooms. The bunkroom on this floor has 4 twin beds and sleeps 4. The next three bedrooms are king suites.
