Upon arrival, the cottage greets you with its coastal charm—crisp white trim, clapboard siding, tropical landscaping, and nautical-inspired accents. Step inside to a bright and open great room with high ceilings, comfy seating, and large windows that flood the space with sunlight. It's the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The first-floor chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a Wolf gas range and pot-filler, along with a spacious island with seating for four. The kitchen flows into a dining area that seats eight, ideal for shared meals or family game nights.
Also on the main floor is a serene bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms and another cozy living area. The second bedroom has queen-size bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers a king-size bed. These share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom features twin-size bunk beds, perfect for kids, and an extra living space with a TV. The luxurious primary suite boasts a four-poster king bed, TV, and an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and glass shower.
Head up to the third-floor lookout for stunning views of Watersound and the Gulf—it's the perfect spot for sipping cocktails at sunset.
