The first-floor chef’s kitchen is equipped with premium stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a large island with seating for four. It opens to a dining area that seats eight and a cozy living room with timber ceiling accents and a flatscreen TV—ideal for movie nights. Large French doors and windows flood the space with natural light while sliding glass doors open up to a spacious indoor/outdoor area, complete with another TV, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just steps away is your private pool, with comfy lounge chairs for sunbathing or cooling off.
On the first floor, there’s a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a second living room with a TV and another primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bath, and a shower/tub combo. There are also three guest bedrooms, all with king beds and private baths, plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
