Located on the South-side of the infamous 30A and has been completely renovated in 2022 with all new coastal decor and furnishings. The home is located in a quiet, gated neighborhood and has a private pool, convenient beach access and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom accommodating 10 people.
On the first floor, you will find a beautiful entryway with three bedrooms: one King, one Queen bedroom that share a separate bathroom and a bedroom featuring two Twin over Twin built-in bunk beds with a private bathroom and seating area for the kids to enjoy watching TV or playing games. The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen features modern cabinetry and finishes with stainless steel appliances. There is room for 10 guests at the island and dining table to enjoy a meal together. The living room has a flat-screen TV to accompany the balcony, where you'll get to enjoy the views of 30A.
The third level is the Grand Suite that boasts a King size bed, a luxury private bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower, private toilet and huge closet. Enjoy the private balcony where you'll enjoy a million-dollar view of the shimmering waters outside. Guests will absolutely love entertaining by the private pool and grill area, it's the perfect place to prepare a grilled feast for everyone! With beautiful Florida weather, amazing views, sprawling balconies and the beach just steps away, you'll want to spend just as much time outside of the home as you will inside.
To top it all off, Dune Allen is one of the 1st communities on 30A, the three-and-a-half mile stretch delivers scenic views of the Gulf and is home to three of the area's Coastal Dune Lakes. These rare brackish bodies of water have been around for nearly 10,000 years and are home to both saltwater and freshwater fish. You're near a variety of restaurants located at Gulf Place, nature trails and shopping that are easily accessible.
