When it's time to eat, you can cook in the gourmet kitchen equipped with two ovens, a gas cooktop, a full-size wine cooler, an ice maker, and more, all while enjoying the stunning backdrop of the Emerald Coast. 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida's famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you'll find white sands, azure views, and laid-back vibes. 30A is also home to Coastal Dune Lakes, a rare natural phenomenon that only occurs in a handful of locations around the globe, including New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar, and South Walton, Florida. In fact, South Walton has 15 named coastal dune lakes that fall along the Scenic Highway 30-A corridor. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has a unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!
