On the second floor, you'll find two guest bedrooms, the primary bedroom, and a laundry room. Choose between a guest bedroom with a queen bed or one with two twin beds. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, a 55" Smart TV, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. The highlight of this lovely retreat is the Lookout Tower on the third level, providing breathtaking vistas of the sugar-white sands and crashing waves. Above the two-car garage, a Carriage House offers additional privacy. It features an open living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a 55" Smart TV, and SONOS speakers. A divider separates a queen bed and a small writing desk from the living space. A convenient full-size washer/dryer is also provided. Parking is a breeze with garage space for two cars and additional driveway parking. The nearest beach access is located between 425 Old Beach Road and 443 Old Beach Road. Sleeping arrangements comprise a variety of configurations to suit your group. The bunk room on the first floor includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The primary bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and a twin daybed, while one guest bedroom offers two twin beds, and the other boasts a queen bed. This is an ideal home for your beach getaway, offering comfort, convenience, and proximity to the beautiful Gulf waters. Please note that weddings are not allowed at this property, and the community's HOA does not permit golf cart rentals or personal golf carts.
