There's also a convenient guest half bath/pool bath, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities. Moving up to the second floor, you'll find four more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo, while Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 also have King Beds and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 5 continues the theme with a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. On the third floor, there are two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 6 boasts a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Bedroom 7 is perfect for the kids, with four Full Beds in a bunkroom setup and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. A few additional details: Pool and hot tub heating are available for an extra fee with at least 72 hours notice, excluding May-Sept. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. The home has a maximum occupancy of 20, and a maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway.
