This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in its well-appointed bedrooms. The first floor houses the Primary Bedroom with a California King Bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a convenient guest half bath/pool bath, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities.
Moving up to the second floor, you'll find four more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo, while Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 also have King Beds and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 5 continues the theme with a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
On the third floor, there are two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 6 boasts a King Bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Bedroom 7 is perfect for the kids, with four Full Beds in a bunkroom setup and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
A few additional details: Pool and hot tub heating are available for an extra fee with at least 72 hours notice, excluding May-Sept. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. The home has a maximum occupancy of 20, and a maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway.

The Miramar Beach Public Beach Access at Pompano Joe's is a focal point for the Miramar Beach community, which offers something for everyone. From relaxation to activity, Miramar Beach has it all. The main public beach access is located next to Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant and features free parking, restrooms and wash stations. There is a public beach across the street from Seascape Resort at the Whale's Tail, and a new public beach access across from Amalfi Coast condos, which includes restrooms and additional parking.
The living room is outfitted with high-end furnishings and an extra-large flat-screen 85" TV! The kitchen is a stunner, and showcases exquisite countertops, bright white custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. There is everything you need to prepare a feast for the whole family, served on the large dining table. A second full-size refrigerator is located by the wet bar on the first floor.
Located a short three-minute drive to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico at the public beach adjacent to POMPANO JOE'S restaurant, and the public beach adjacent to the WHALE'S TAIL restaurant. The area is convenient to the Silver Sands outlet mall, movie theaters, countless restaurants and shops, a water park, go-cart track, and several world-class golf courses; yet it still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high-rise condos are allowed in this unique area.
