Please note our check-in and check-out times, which are strictly enforced due to maintenance and cleaning schedules. Check-in is at 4 PM (Central), and check-out is at 10 AM (Central). Late check-outs incur a minimum fee of $200, as they disrupt our staff's workflow and the next guest's vacation experience.
You'll have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's restaurant, and we provide four portable beach chairs for your convenience.
The home comes with a golf cart, with the driver needing to be over 25 years old, have valid auto insurance, and sign a waiver.
Small dogs may be allowed; please inquire about our pet fee and policy. Any pets must be approved before arrival.
The paver driveway and garage can accommodate up to 5 standard vehicles, with no RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles permitted.
**The pool can be heated from October to May for an additional daily fee. Please notify us at least three days before arrival to ensure the pool is heated.
We provide spa-quality amenities, including high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. Additional amenities are the guest's responsibility to purchase.
