The perfect beach getaway offering over 1000 feet of private beach within this amazing community. .The family room is beautiful and decorated in a modern coastal style and the kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need during your stay The primary bedroom suite opens to to an expansive deck overlooking the private pool, while two additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a second king and a full bathroom, complete the main living level. Above the garage is a great room with two king beds along with its own bathroom and oversized walk in closet. High ceilings and natural light will ensure your after beach comfort. Tucked away close to shopping, dining, and entertainment of Sandestin and the Silver Sands Factory Stores. Please be aware that there is a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA rules and regulations. Additional parking is not available. Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home. FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS 2 KING BEDROOMS SLEEPING 4 1 QUEEN BEDROOM SLEEPING 2 SECOND FLOOR SLEEPING 2 KING BEDS SLEEPING 4 NO WEDDINGS OR OTHER EVENTS ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY OR THE COMMUNITY COMMON AREAS. Pool heating may be added fora per day fee and must be purchased for entire length of stay. Pool heating is available October 1st - May 1st only. Pool Dimensions- 20 feet long 10 feet wide 6 feet depth Garage is not available for guest use. Tents and Canopies not allowed per HOA. Golf cart may only be driven within the neighborhood. No pets allowed in this home.
