Guests will love the location in the heart of Miramar Beach, guests can take a ride on the included golf cart or bikes and admire the beauty of Scenic Highway 98. Sparkling emerald waters are located just a few blocks away from this home. Iconic restaurants like The Whale’s Tail Restaurant is located less than five minutes away, along with coffee shops and ice cream shops.
This is characterized by modern coastal decor, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. The main living areas are located on the first floor of this home. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse kitchen sink, offers the perfect environment for cooking and entertaining. There’s plenty of seating located at the kitchen island with three bar stools, in addition to a dining table with seating for eight. The living room is the epitome of comfort where two plush sofa sectionals surround a flat-screen TV. Additionally, french doors are located in the living room space, leading out to the home's expansive private pool and spa tub.
Sleeping up to 28 guests, there is no shortage of sleeping arrangements located on all three floors of this Miramar Beach home. The first two king suites are located on the first floor and both offer spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms. Heading up to the second floor, three more king suites offer guests comfort in king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. An additional second floor bedroom with two queen/queen bunk beds, is perfect for those traveling with young adults. The final bedrooms are located on the third floor. The third floor king-suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Lastly, two sets of queen/queen bunk beds, an en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access are located in the final bedroom.
After spending the day at the beach, we invite visitors to kick back and enjoy the game room located on the third floor of this home. A pool table is the centerpiece of this area, in addition to a digital piano and a kitchenette. Enjoy a game of pool while cooking light fare. The fully equipped kitchenette boasts stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
