This stunning 4-level beachfront home offers breathtaking Emerald Coast views and features 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, perfect for large groups or families. Enjoy a private heated pool, recreational room, and spacious open-concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. Every level has fully furnished walkout balconies for maximum enjoyment of the views.
Upon entering, you’ll find the first two bedrooms: a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeping up to 4 people) and a king master suite, both with private en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers. Moving further, the recreational room includes a kitchenette, a high-top table, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. This leads to the private pool with stunning beachfront views. For added convenience, guests can use 4 Oakwood Beach Loungers and 2 Classic Frankford Beach Umbrellas.
The second floor offers a queen-over-king bunk room (sleeps 4) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. The beachside features a luxurious king master suite with a walkout balcony and en-suite with a soaking tub overlooking the Gulf, double vanity, and walk-in shower. An entertainment area with a flat-screen TV, pool table, and dartboard is also on this floor, along with the first washer/dryer set.
The third floor mirrors the king master suite experience with stunning beachfront views and an en-suite bath. This floor also has two additional bedrooms: a king master with an en-suite and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. A second washer/dryer set is also located here.
The fourth floor features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with panoramic views. Slide open the glass balcony doors to enjoy the fresh salt air and stunning sunset views. On the streetside of this floor is the last king master bedroom with a shared en-suite.
As you enter the home, the first floor greets you with two comfortable bedrooms. To the left, you’ll find a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks that sleep up to four guests. To the right, there’s a king master suite. Both bedrooms have their own private en-suites with walk-in showers.
Continue down the hallway and you’ll reach the recreation room, complete with a kitchenette, high-top table, couch, and flat-screen TV with unlimited YouTube streaming. Just outside, your private pool awaits—set against incredible beachfront views. For added convenience, four Oakwood beach loungers and two Classic Frankford umbrellas are included for guest use.
On the second floor, you’ll discover another bunk room with a queen-over-king bunk bed (sleeps four), plus a private en-suite with a walk-in shower. The highlight of this level is the luxury beachfront master suite, which opens to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Its en-suite bath features a soaking tub with Gulf views, a stained-glass privacy window, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Between the bedrooms, enjoy an entertainment area with a pool table, dartboard, and flat-screen TV. This floor also has the first washer and dryer set.
The third floor mirrors the luxury of the second, with another beachfront king master suite offering the same incredible balcony views and spa-like en-suite. You’ll also find two additional bedrooms: a king master with a private walk-in shower and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and its own en-suite featuring a shower/tub combo. A second washer and dryer set are located here.
On the fourth floor, the design changes with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Large glass doors lead to the balcony, where you can watch the sun set over the Gulf while dining or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves. Also on this level is another king master bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom.
