The large great room houses an intimate living space with a large HDTV and dining space for the whole family with seating at two tables for up to 20, and an additional 4 at the kitchen island. A separate den/game room sits on the top level, with large sofas, two HDTVs, an air hockey table, and an additional game table, with a wet bar. Step outside and up the spiral staircase to take in the forever Gulf view from the 4th story viewing area with a bench seat and 4-seat high-top table.
The kitchen is equipped for a crowd, with dual stainless steel refrigerators and dishwashers. Other features here include a professional oven and a large pantry.
