Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed ceiling beams add formality to a casual living room with slipcovered furniture. Across from the living room is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. A dining table has seating for 6 and leads to a colorful kitchen with premium appliances and a black granite-topped island with a farmhouse sink and seating for 5. Double-glass doors open to an outdoor kitchen with a commercial refrigerator and gas grill. A private courtyard has a swimming pool, chaise lounges, and a dining area. In the evening, dainty string lights above the dining table and lights from the pool create a lovely backdrop for meals. On the second floor, guests may choose between 3 bedrooms that offer king, queen, or twin-over-full bunk beds. An open balcony has views of the neighborhood and connects to a side, screened porch.
