This unique 30A Beach Rental sleeps 12 guests comfortably, has a large fenced-in backyard, and is close to the beach access! Step into the home to find an open concept first-floor living space, the kitchen is bright and has room for 4 guests on the island. Behind the sliding barn door is a pantry space with a microwave and coffee makers. The inviting living room has ample seating for all guests and room for six guests at the dining table. Step out onto the back-covered porch to enjoy the expansive fenced-in backyard. With green space, you can play yard games or just enjoy the beautiful palms while cooking up a meal on the paved grill area, complete with an outdoor table that seats four guests. The outdoor sauna is available seasonally, starting in October. On this first level, you will find one guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom which includes a single sink and a glass-enclosed shower. Additionally, on the first floor, you will find a laundry room which includes a second fridge for storage and a powder room. Head on up the stairs to the second level where there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and balconies! The master suite is located on this level and is fitted with a king-size bed and a beautiful private en suite. The en suite has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Off the master, you can access the balcony which looks over the backyard. The second bedroom that shares access to this balcony is the queen guest bedroom, this bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom complete with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. This jack and jill will lead you to the first bunk room that can sleep three little ones in the twin over a full bunk bed. The last bedroom on this level is another twin over a full bunk bed and private en suite complete with a single sink and tiled shower. Lastly, there is a deck on the front of the house that is accessed from the second-floor hallway. There are two beach accesses located just a short distance from the home. The Ramsgate Beach access is 0.5 miles and the Eastern Lake Beach Access is just 0.3 miles! Hop on the bikes and cruise through the Seagrove Beach Community to shops, restaurants, and the sugar-white sands of 30A!
