There is a separate dining room with elegant table with seating for up to 10. The terrace off of the dining room has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs. The front porch on this level has a swing and 4 rockers – all for enjoying the incredible Gulf views and breezes. One king master bedroom suite with 36” LCD TV and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Second king master bedroom suite has a 36” LCD TV and a connecting bath with walk-in shower. The top floor tower room has a sofa, side chairs, wet bar with beverage fridge, ice maker and dishwasher, plus a 50” LCD TV, making it the perfect 'man cave' area.
