The furnished deck on the main floor features a wide view of the Gulf, as well as a direct stairwell down to the private pool. Enjoy grilling out on the private gas grill in the outdoor kitchen, or prepare meals in the full kitchen outfitted with an extra-long breakfast bar, full-size appliances, and cooking equipment to help you create all your favorites. When the sun goes down, head down to relax in the fun downstairs lounge, complete with mood lighting and a fully equipped wet bar that includes a full-size refrigerator! Good times come easy. Each bedroom of this home is set on the main floor, so late-night poolside chats or board game tournaments in the lounge won't keep anyone up. As guests walk through the double front doors, the first bedroom lies directly to the left. This cheerful room features a fun boating theme and windows with interior shutters that provide a view of the front yard. Continue through the main floor and turn right at the end of the living room to find the second bedroom, behind a set of double doors. This is the main bedroom of the home and features a grand bedroom suite that includes a desk workspace, as well as a deluxe en suite bathroom that features double sinks, a double standalone shower, and a soaking tub in addition to a unique stone floor. If guests instead choose to turn left at the end of the living room, the beach-themed third bedroom will be straight ahead to their right.
