This home is perfect for multi-generational families or large groups looking to stay along beautiful 30A. The screened outdoor patio is fully furnished with a dining table, grill, and flat-screen TV overlooking the pool deck.There is one bedroom on the first floor with two full over full bunk beds and a private bathroom. The main level of the home is on the second floor, where you'll find a beautiful spacious open kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table and island can seat a combined 18 guests for dinner. The living room is also spacious enough for everyone to hang out and relax around the TV. A minibar and half-bathroom are nearby for added convenience when entertaining. Additional seating is available on the second-floor balcony, which overlooks the quiet street. A primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom is down the hall as well. The third floor is home to the remaining bedrooms two of which have king beds and private bathrooms attached. One is the primary bedroom, which has its own balcony overlooking the street.
