Our tour of the house begins on the top level of the main home, where the open and inviting great room is located. A plush sectional sofa and three cream-colored armchairs surround the large HDTV and offer plenty of space for everyone in your group to kick back and chill. Next to the living area is a formal dining space with built-in bench seating and a cozy fireplace.
The open kitchen was designed to allow the bright Rosemary Beach sunshine to flow inside, making this space a gorgeous area to gather together over the morning coffee mugs. A huge island provides plenty of seating and lots of workspace, too. Both the sink and the Thermadore gas range face the large windows and allow for beautiful views while you cook. Glass doors lead outside to the soaring third-story balcony that offers some of the best views in Rosemary.
Descend to the second level of the home, where you’ll be greeted by a comfy seating area and two serene bedroom suites. The primary bedroom suite includes a luxurious king-size bed set against a shiplap headboard and illuminated by a seashell chandelier. In the primary ensuite bathroom, a freestanding soaking tub sits next to a spacious steam shower. In the secondary bedroom suite, there is a sumptuous queen-size bed and a full attached bathroom. Each of these elegant suites offers access to the romantic outdoor balcony.
Down one more floor to the ground level, where there are two additional guest bedrooms. One bedroom is a cozy bunk room for kids of all ages, with two built-in twin-over-twin size bunks beds. The other bedroom is a private suite with a luxe queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. Also on this lower level is a laundry room.
This gorgeous private estate also features a completely separate carriage house— with a full apartment above a two-car garage below. This charming pied-å-Terre includes a comfy living area, full kitchen, balcony, and a loft-style bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size mattress— perfect for those looking for a bit more privacy.
