The main floor, above, is home to a huge living room, dining room, and massive kitchen. Bedroom three is also on this floor and has its ensuite bathroom. Guests visiting your home will have access to the half bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating between its sectional and lounge area. The coastal decor is classic and elegant with detailed bohemian touches in its neutral tones, wood floors, and minimalistic gallery walls. The room is cozy and airy. The dining area seats plenty and is accented with a beautiful rustic light fixture and views of the Miramar Beach community. The kitchen is modern yet elegant with its white cabinetry accented by bright marble countertops and chic stainless steel hardware. You’ll be able to entertain for days with the huge stainless steel french door Frigidaire refrigerator and accompanying appliances. The main floor has access to the balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can freely move about the indoor and outdoor spaces. There’s seating on the balcony ensuring that guests can stay awhile, enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee or cocktail.
The third floor is where the majority of the rooms are located. You can take the stairs or the in-home elevator straight to the sitting area and den where there’s a flatscreen TV, patio access, and two twin-over-twin bunks for guests. Guests will have their pick of four bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. The fifth bedroom shares its bathroom with the sitting room and den. An in unit laundry room is conveniently found on this floor for guests to use during their stay.
