This beachside residence boasts top of the line interior and enjoys a private plunge pool, gas grill, and alfresco dining on the covered deck. Guests may utilize the private golf cart, and a coveted open layout offering abundant natural light. Fitted with stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops makes the fully equipped kitchen perfect not only for cooking but entertaining and family gatherings. A gorgeous chandelier anchors the stylish dining area, while the adjacent living room is spacious and furnished with modern, tasteful decor and furnishings. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms plus a bunk room each offer comfort and privacy along with a TV.The main suite has a seating area and a spa quality en suite bathroom with a double vanity and standalone shower. A second bedroom offers an en suite with a standalone shower. The top-floor bedroom has a sofa and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination and the fourth bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and standalone shower, as well as access to a fun bunk room via a sliding barn door. (The bunk room can also be accessed via the hallway.) A superb beachside locale, tucked away within easy driving distance Scenic Highway 30-A and Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club. ATTRACTIONS.
