This home offers four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests with ease. Featuring a large backyard with a private pool and gas grill, outdoor shower, and an effortless three-minute walk to the beach! Spend your days making a splash in the private pool! The pool is fenced in, making it a no-stress situation for parents of little ones! Enter the first floor and you will be greeted by beautiful brick-paved floors, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The two guest rooms on this floor are both queen size beds and the bathroom has two sinks and a tub shower combo. Exit the back door of the 1st floor to the covered patio, grill, and pool. Leading up the second floor, you will be welcomed by the beautiful hardwood-lined staircase to the open floor plan of the living, dining, kitchen areas. Custom ship-lap walls bring in the natural light and a bright airy feel of the beach. The beautiful kitchen has stainless steel appliances and three bar stools on the peninsula. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, which seats six at the dining table and the cozy sofas are the perfect place to rest after a long beach day. Escape to the expansive 2nd floor back porch which overlooks the pool, this porch has a table and chairs for four and also has stairs down to the pool. Off the living room, you will find another sitting porch that faces the front of the house and 30A. The half bath and laundry finish off the second floor. Head on up to the third floor where you will find two private suites. One is a large bunk room with a custom-built queen over a queen bunk bed, this guest room has a private en suite bathroom with one sink and a glass-enclosed shower. The bunk room has access to the balcony facing 30A. The master suite finishes off the third floor with a king-size bed and private en suite, which includes two sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. Enjoy the privacy of this fenced-in backyard pool with paved decking and the luxury of having beach access close by! The beach access is just a quick 3-minute walk or hops on the bikes and cruise to the beach!
