Located just south of its sister home, these properties are only 100 steps from the beach walkover with no streets to cross! Say goodbye to industrial noise or heavy traffic! This low-density beach area only services Sandtrap Road. Take a short stroll along the beach to Sandestin and Surf Hut for a beverage or burger—it's that easy!
Upon entry, conveniently drop your groceries on the huge kitchen island or in the separate pantry. The private elevator near the front door is perfect for luggage or easy access to the sleeping quarters on the second and third floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art KitchenAid appliances, featuring two of everything: two ovens, including a gas stove, two refrigerators, two standard coffee pots, and two dishwashers. There's also a Keurig coffee maker for your favorite pods. Modern cabinets provide ample storage, and the oversized white quartz island, with seating for six, is centrally located for easy access to the dining and living rooms. The dining room boasts two full-size tables that comfortably seat eight each, and there's an outdoor dining table in the summer kitchen with seating for six by the pool.
The sprawling open floor plan on the ground level features 12’ ceilings and a 34’ wide main room. The living and dining rooms complete this floor with a half bath. Luxury leather sofas and chairs provide seating for eight in front of the 60” TV. Step through the sliding glass door into the summer kitchen area, featuring a full pool bathroom, commercial ice maker, oversized pool, and hot tub. The backyard offers a tranquil oasis with a 30’ x 18’ pool and an elevated hot tub.
The second and third floors feature nine king suites, each with beautifully appointed private baths. Floor-to-ceiling tile showers with chrome fixtures and rimless glass doors are focal points in each bath. The house includes two bathtubs. For the younger crowd, there are three custom-built bunk rooms with shiplap paneling, solidly made for teenagers or younger kids alike. These rooms can accommodate a total of 18 guests with three sets of queen/queen bunks and three twin/twin bunks. The bunk rooms are conveniently close to the parents' suites for easy supervision.
The second floor has five spacious King Suites and two bunk rooms. One bunk room has twin over two twin bunks (sleeps four) and the other has two sets of queen/queen bunks (sleeps eight). The shared bathroom on this floor is for bunk room and game room use. A washer and dryer are also located on the second floor, along with a foosball table for family entertainment.
The third floor features four more King Suites and the last of the three bunk rooms with one queen/queen bunk and one twin/twin bunk (sleeps six). An adjoining bathroom is adjacent to the game room, and a second washer and dryer are also on this floor. The third-floor game room includes a billiards table and a large flat-screen television.
Parking is a breeze with three carport spaces and an additional four spaces in front of the pavers.
