The upgraded feature like a roof top terrace that provides spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico is one of the many things that makes this home so great! This house is one of the few beach houses near the gulf (100 yards) with a four-story elevator to take you to the roof top terrace. From the 50’ roof top elevation you can see water views for miles in multiple directions. Lounges and seating on the roof top which is over 400 square feet of space. Few houses in Destin have such spectacular views. Located no more than a three minute walk to the beach walkover, with no streets to cross! Walk to the beach without noise or heavy traffic. This is an area of the beach with a low density of beach users and mostly servicing the homes on Sandtrap Rd. It is walking distance on the beach to Sandestin and Surf Hut if you want to venture and take a beach stroll for a beverage or a burger. Upon entering the home you can conveniently go into the kitchen and drop groceries on the kitchen island or in the separate pantry. Also right inside the front door is the elevator to take luggage to the sleeping quarters on the second and third floor. The kitchen is equipped with state of the art Kitchen Aide appliances and there are two of everything. Two ovens including a gas stove, two refrigerators, two coffee pots, and two dishwashers. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well for those who want to bring their favorite coffee pods. The modern cabinets provide an abundance of storage. The island with quartz countertops is centrally located in the middle of the kitchen providing interaction with the dining room and living room. There is seating for 6 people at the kitchen island for breakfast and lunch meals. The dining room is appointed with two full size dining room tables that each can comfortably seat 8 each. There is another seating area in the summer kitchen outdoors with seating for 6 pool side. The large open first floor has 12’ ceilings and the main room is 34’ wide. Both the living room and dining room complete this floor with a half bath. The luxury leather sofas and chairs provide seating for 8 in front of the 60” tv. This main living area opens through sliding glass doors to the summer kitchen, pool bath, and oversized outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool measures 30’ by 18’ with an elevated hot tub. Bedrooms are smartly designed with 9 king suites throughout the second and third floors, each with beautifully appointed private baths. Floor to ceiling tile showers with chrome fixtures and rimless glass doors are in each bath. There are two bathtubs in the house. The sleeping quarters for the younger crowd includes three separate built in bunk rooms. Custom made with shiplap paneling these beds are solidly made for teenagers. These three rooms can accommodate 16 people in the combination of queen over queen platform beds and twin over twin beds. There are 5 king bedroom suites on the second floor. There are two bunk rooms on the second floor. One bunk room has twin over two twin bunks (Sleeps 4) and the other has 2 Sets of Queen/Queen Bunks (Sleeps 8). The bathroom on the hallway is for these rooms and the game room. There is a set of washer and dryers also on the second floor. The second floor also features a brand new foosball table for family entertainment! The third floor has 4 king bedroom suites. Each of the bathrooms are equally appointed here as well. The bunk room on this floor is the largest with 1 Queen/Queen Bunk, and 1 Twin/Twin Bunk (Sleeps 6). An adjoining bathroom also adjacent to the game/media room. There is a second washer and dryer on the third floor. The 3rd floor game room includes a billiards table, and a large flat-screen television. Parking is no problem with three carport spaces and four spaces in front on the pavers.
