* Please note that construction will begin on January 2022, and will continue throughout the year. Workers will complete one building at a time and the project may impact balcony access in some homes. For affected homes, blue tarps will be placed over balcony windows to provide guests privacy and to prevent injury. Construction times will take place from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and project noise throughout the complex is expected during these times.
