The 1st-floor balcony is home to the beachside Martini pool where you can enjoy stunning views of the jeweled Gulf. The 1st of 5 Guest Bedrooms is on this level with a queen-sized bed, access to a full shared bathroom, and its' own special living area with a flat-screen TV and Xbox for entertainment. The 2nd guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds (with Kingsdown mattresses), a 50" flat-screen TV, and an Arcade game table featuring 100's of classic games such as Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Frogger, and Centipede.
The main living, kitchen, and dining area is all on the second level. In addition, the 3rd guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level - and shares access to a full-hall bathroom. The upscale furnishings in the main living area have a Floridian flair with vibrant palm-frond print on the Tommy Bahama sofa and a set of two swivel chairs from the same collection. A large TV provides viewing when not staring at the Gulf through the glass balcony doors that provide glittering shore views. Here there is access to the 2nd-floor balcony with a table and four chairs as well as two Adirondack chairs. A gleaming black granite bar top beside the dining area offers a great spot to lay out a seafood buffet. The kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and a sunny window over the sink.
The top floor includes the 4th guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The 5th bedroom, the Master Suite, features a handsome four-poster king-sized bed beside its own romantic balcony and a luxurious en suite bath.
First Floor: Queen Bedroom with Patio Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Arcade Table, Wet Bar.
