This two bedroom deluxe unit features Gulf views from the MASTER BEDROOM, EXTENDED BALCONY, and living room. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Majestic Sun. This unit features a king in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room! All units at this complex have amazing unobstructed Gulf views! Beautifully appointed interiors throughout this condo put you in total relaxation. Enjoy your gorgeous unobstructed Gulf view from your private balcony, living room, or dining area! Heated Indoor/Outdoor pool is also provided as well as on site fitness centre, hot tub and covered parking garage. Enjoy long walks on our sugar white beaches along our stunning Emerald Coast!! There are three restaurants within walking distance. Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival. Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
