Welcome to this stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 20th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. Unwind in the master bedroom complete with a king bed, balcony access, and en suite with double vanity, walk in shower, and garden tub. Two of the guest rooms offer a queen bed each, and a fourth bedroom provides a full bed. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. A fully equipped kitchen and large dining table will have you enjoying your meals while taking in the spectacular views. Unwind after a long day in the sun in the beautiful living room or relax on the large balcony with a cup of coffee or a great book. A washer and dryer are located within the condo for your convenience. The Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Come see why is a favorite for all! Built in 2005, this resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, Bar and Grill include an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches.
