The dining table offers seating for 6, while the breakfast bar offers seating for 2. The Patio off of the living room is fully furnished for enjoying that Florida sunshine! The fully-appointed kitchen (featuring stainless steel appliances) means that you don't have to forgo family meals on vacation! A full-size Washer and Dryer is also available for all of your laundering needs.
This unit offers 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom holds a King-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen T.V., and a private Master Bath with a Shower/Tub combo. TV's in every bedroom means that there's no fighting over remotes on this vacation!
The Bunk Room holds Twin-over-Full Bunk Beds and a Twin Day Bed, the perfect place for the Kiddos to hang out!

The complex is situated between two large rare dune lakes and within minutes walking distance of the Sugar Dunes Beach Access (200 yards from the unit). Spend your day winding through bike trails, relaxing on the beach, dipping in the pool, or strolling the eateries and shops found in the nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
