Bahamas Luxury Vacation Villa: Presenting this truly spectacular five-bedroom luxury vacation villa that enjoys an 800’ wrap-around, screened-in porch, a spacious sun deck tucked away within an exceptional location with dreamy views and the very best interior quality. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, and a game/TV room with a fun ping pong, air hockey, and cable and Apple TV. Lovely amenities with amazing views of the sparkeling Atlantic and Caribbean ocean. The villas lower level is where you will find the game room with an abundance of board games, another full refrigerator, a large bedroom (two twin beds with trundle beds) that can sleep four or be pushed together for a king, and a full en-suite bathroom. The main floor is the heart of the home where you will enjoy the gorgeous corner living dining room furnished with plush furnishings and a fabulous spacious dining area. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen comes with two dishwashers, a breakfast bar, and five French doors that lead out to a huge screened porch. The porch is fully furnished with dining tables, seating, chaises as well as a large sundeck with more chaises, a gas grill, and more panoramic views. The master-size bedroom is furnished with a plush King bed and doors that open to the screened-in porch. The large windowed bathroom is across the hall. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms boast fabulous ocean views. (One queen, one king, and the third with two double beds.) The top floor also has one full bathroom, a computer desk another small sitting area. The home has been beautifully maintained and enjoys split A/C units, lovely custom touches throughout , comfy mattresses, beautiful landscaping, mature fruit trees, and so much more. THE POOL & PINK SAND BEACH This estate has gorgeous low chlorine, saline pool with teak chaises that are shared with the other residents, but surprisingly it’s hardly used. I also rarely see anyone on our magical pink sand beach that is easily a half-mile long and is just beautiful. GOLF CARTS Both the shared pool and beach are just a few minutes' walks from the house or a 30-second golf cart ride (two golf carts come with the house). LOCATION Tucked away in a fabulous location just five minutes by car from the town of Governor's Harbour and eight minutes from the GHB airport. Guests love to stroll to the Beach Club to enjoy our restaurant, spectacular views, lounge chairs, and infinity pool with a swim-up cocktail bar. Dine at several great beachfront restaurants while the kids run on the beach and play just steps away from your table.
