With 22 feet of glass doors and windows in the open-concept living and dining rooms, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the bay from the moment they step inside. The expansive terrace, shaded by a traditional Bahamian roof and cooled by ceiling fans, is the ideal spot for relaxing with a book or watching boats drift toward George Town. The beautifully landscaped garden features palm trees, hibiscus, and oleander, all illuminated at night, along with the heated pool, creating a magical ambiance.
Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout, ensuring comfort during your stay. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, stereo, and a collection of games, puzzles, and books. The dining area, seating six, offers views of the bay and convenient access to the kitchen via a hatch. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, and more, along with a washer and dryer located in the nearby 'wash house.'
The villa features four luxurious ensuite bedrooms. The master suite, located at the west end, is furnished with a king bed, large shower, bath, and direct access to the terrace and pool. It offers breathtaking views of the bay and Crab Cay. Two guest bedrooms in the main house each have twin beds, large closets, and ensuite baths. Additionally, a separate cottage just steps from the main house offers a private retreat with a king bed.
The terrace extends along the entire length of the villa, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging on deck chairs. The private garden, brimming with tropical flora, surrounds a spacious paved area around the pool, which can be lit up at night for a serene evening swim.
